General Rule: Permission Required

In general, a trademark license is required to use any Sirtifai Mark. Except for the exceptions listed below, this Policy does not grant “permission to use” any trademarks, nor does it include any pre-approved use cases. Exceptions

Without a separate trademark license, you may:

• Use Sirtifai Marks in text solely for the purpose of referring to or describing Sirtifai’s certification services. For example, you may state that a product or service is “compatible with Sirtifai Certification.”

Specifications for Use

All uses of Sirtifai Marks must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Trademark Attribution: When using Sirtifai Marks, include a statement identifying the trademark owner. For example: “Sirtifai is a registered trademark of Sirtifai LLC. All Rights Reserved.”
• Use as Adjectives: Sirtifai Marks should be used solely as adjectives to describe Sirtifai’s certification services. For example, “Sirtifai Certification” should refer to certification provided by Sirtifai, and should not be used as a noun or in possessive form.
• Less Prominent Use: Any use of a Sirtifai Mark must be less prominent than your own product or service name.
